Unbelievable! The city of Venice, Italy is currently under water!
High tides reached record levels- 1.36 meters above seal level - flooding more than half of the Italian city, including St. Mark's Square!
Temporary footbridges were put down for pedestrians to walk through, but those didn't seem to help as some people resorted to wearing scuba [...]
